Community and Safety Standards
Last updated: 21 September 2026
MANWRD is built to support honest self-reflection, discipline and respectful conversation. These standards explain the behaviour we expect from everyone using the Service.
1. Be responsible
- Use MANWRD for your own personal development and do not use it to manipulate, exploit or harm another person.
- Do not enter another person's private information without their permission.
- Do not use the Service to plan, encourage or carry out unlawful, violent, fraudulent or abusive conduct.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety features, account limits, subscription controls or security measures.
2. Sensitive and crisis situations
MANWRD is not an emergency service or a substitute for a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, think you may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent medical or mental-health support, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support provider immediately.
The Mentor may provide a safety-focused response or pause a conversation when it detects a serious risk. This does not mean MANWRD has assessed your situation, and it does not replace urgent professional support.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action, including removing access, suspending or terminating an account, restricting features, preserving information where required by law, and reporting serious unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where legally required or permitted.
4. Reporting
To report misuse, safety concerns or content that may breach these standards, contact hello@manwrd.com with enough information for us to investigate. Do not use email to report an immediate emergency.
